Lily

My journey began whilst in my nutrition studies, where I first came to appreciate the deep connection between what we put into our bodies and how we feel in our skin. During my final year of study, I discovered acupuncture and was captivated by its ancient wisdom and whole-person approach to wellbeing. This path naturally expanded into cosmetic facial acupuncture—a gentle, non-toxic alternative to injectables—that resonated deeply with my background in beauty and nutrition.

From this blend of science, tradition, and intention, HERA Wellness Studio was created. A sanctuary devoted to honouring women’s natural radiance, we bring together conscious skincare, evidence-informed acupuncture, and holistic beauty practices to support you—skin, body, and mind.
